What is a typical class like?
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before class begins. Each class starts with a whiteboard brief where the coach will walk through the plan for the class, followed by a warm-up, then skill or strength work, then a workout that’s coached and scaled to your level. You’ll be guided every step of the way and supported by a fun, encouraging community.
