I've been at Blue Moon for 11 months now. I'm loving the workouts and finding that drive that's been missing for 20 years (since college). That's a huge credit to Ryan, Emma, the coaching staff and athletes. It's a great place for all levels, competitive athlete, novice or former athlete (in my case) to put in work.The owners and coaches do a phenomenal job with scaling workouts for all athletes, teaching techniques and having some fun in the process. I was skeptical about CrossFit but Blue Moon changed all of that on my first day!

I have only been at this gym for a couple of weeks and I already love it more than any other CrossFit gym I have been to. They are always going out of their way to help you with your technique during and after class, which I love. They even helped me get my first muscle up ever!! If you are thinking about what CrossFit gym to choose, definitely choose them! Plus, everyone is super friendly and the class sizes are perfect.

CF Blue Moon is the best gym I've been to. As a former competitive gymnast I really love feeling like I have a coach and teammates around me when I workout, and that is exactly what I get here. Everyone gets excited for you when you do well, and the coaches know each person so well, they what cues to give before anyone even touches the barbell. Coach Emma has helped me to do things I never thought I'd be able to when I started Crossfit. Since switching to Blue Moon in April, I have lost substantial weight and blown my old PRs out of the water, completely to the credit of the wonderful coaching and the classmates' encouragement (and the best crossfit pups). I can't speak highly enough about my experiences at CrossFit Blue Moon.

People are great, classes are fun and challenging, and the owners bring their dogs every once and awhile! What more can you ask for? You sign up for a 1hr class and the owners build each work out and will work with you to scale the exercises if needed. The classes are all about proper technique and pushing yourself. The atmosphere is always encouraging and welcoming. Like I said; Great people, classes, and atmosphere.

Fantastic!! The team here takes awesome care of my dog a couple of days a week. He loves being there so much he doesn't even say goodbye when I drop him off!

I have been taking my one and a half year old lab mix to Central Bark for just over a month and I could not be happier. The staff is great and I can tell when she gets home that she's had a full day of exercise and play. We had one incident where another dog got a little territorial and nipped at our pup, and the staff and owner handled it wonderfully. They made sure our dog received lots of extra one-on-one attention and the owner came out to speak with my husband about the incident when he went in to pick her up. I trust everyone at Central Bark fully and am so happy we stumbled upon them, I would definitely recommend giving them a shot!
